Head-Smashed-In Buffalo Jump has a number of special events happening in 2018!

May through October, first Saturday of the month 10:30AM-3:00PM – Hike the Drive Lanes – (Four Hour Hike.) Hike the ancient drive lanes with our Blackfoot guides! Hear stories of how the plains people hunted the mighty buffalo.

National Indigenous Peoples Day – June 21, 10:00AM-4:00PM

Drumming and Dancing on the Plaza – July & August Every Wednesday Two performances daily 11:00AM and 1:30PM

Piskum, The Buffalo Jump – July & August every Monday and Friday, 1:00PM-4:00PM.

Buffalo Harvest Days (Alberta Culture Days) – September 28-30

Daily Free Public Programming – May 14-September 15 10:00AM-4:00PM
