Poncho & Cassie

Weekday Mornings 5:30am - 9am
When not tolerating meetings and deadlines, you'll find Poncho riding his Harley, throwing discs in the woods, jamming to vinyl... so, basically anything to escape corporate chaos. His other passions include spending time with his cat overlord, Farnsworth, testing hammocks and perfecting the art of doing absolutely nothing in plaid. Follow Poncho on Twitter here Cassie, originally from a small town in Saskatchewan, has made Alberta her home for the past 15 years. Her days are filled with the company of her two dogs, Sadie and Obi; and her son Connor. You’ll often spot her volunteering, binge watching TV, or relaxing with a frozen paralyzer on a patio. Just don't ask her to water your lawn, trust us on this one. Follow Cassie on Twitter here

Andrew Wilcox

Weekdays from 9am - 2pm
Wilcox grew up on a farm near Camrose, AB where he sat on his 4-H tack box playing guitar dreaming of playing arenas. The Camrose Cowboy wasn’t much good at being a rancher or a ROCKstar, but he loved music and couldn’t keep his mouth shut. There was only one place for him; Radio. After stops in Winnipeg, Edmonton, Medicine Hat, Grande Prairie, Fort McMurray and Regina, Wilcox is hanging his hat in Lethbridge till they bury him in an old pine box. Marc O'Connor

Weekdays from 2pm - 7pm
Marc grew up in Calgary, and is doing his best to stop being such a "City Boy". He's a firm believer in live music being the best way to interact with music. Radio being a close second (his super objective opinion). If you ever see him around town don't hesitate to say hi, because there's a 50:50 shot that confused look on his face is genuine confusion, and he could use some help.

Park Warden

Saturdays from Noon - 6pm
"The Warden" spins tunes & talks on 106.7 Rock every Saturdays from Noon-6pm.  A well-travelled host, some other stops in his radio adventure have included a long tour-of-duty up in his hometown of Edmonton, and he was also the morning co-host on Canada's last AM Rock station; 1090 CKRX here in Lethbridge.  When he's not on-the-air, Park also likes to dabble in voice-work, and create fun, foolish, high-energy DJ mixes!
