Queen have just released a lost track featuring Freddie Mercury that was recorded in 1988 during their sessions for “The Miracle” and today we get to hear it.

“Face It Alone” was discovered while Brian May and Roger Taylor were digging through the original recording sessions to prepare a reissue of “The Miracle”. “We’d kind of forgotten about this track,” Roger Taylor said, “but there it was, this little gem. It’s wonderful, a real discovery. It’s a very passionate piece.”

The song will be a part of an upcoming box set, “The Miracle Collector’s Edition”, that will also feature additional unreleased recordings, demos, spoken word segments between band members that’s due to come out November 18th. You can pre-order yours now at the official Queen online shop.
